National Resilience Initiative

A joint program of American Institute of Architects and the Architects Foundation — with partners including the Rockefeller Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative — the National Resilience Initiative unites six university-led architecture studios to develop new designs, approaches, and policies that bolster resilience in the built environment. Valley House designed and copyedited the NRI's 2016 Annual Report, highlighting 12 compelling projects that uncover new and inventive techniques to battle everything from rising tides to population growth.
